City Staff has been made aware of an off-street parking violation and nuisance violations on the property. This includes vehicles not being parked on proper surfacing, inoperable vehicles being present on the property, and noxious growth of grass on the property related to the following sections of City Code: - City Code Section 117-117 — E-1 Employment District o Off-street parking areas, driveways, traffic maneuvering areas, open and outdoor storage areas, open and outdoor service, sales, display or rental areas shall be surfaced with concrete or blacktop and finished with continuous concrete curbing. - City Code Section 30-3 — Nuisance o Off-street parking is considered a public nuisance within the City of Ramsey. o The accumulation of waste or refuse is considered a nuisance within the City of Ramsey. o The number of inoperable vehicles on the property is considered a nuisance within the City of Ramsey. You have 14 days from the date of this letter to address the following (or you will receive an administrative citation and the City will begin the abatement process —unpaid citations will be assessed to your property taxes): • Move any and all vehicles that are not on an approved parking surface to an approved parking surface (bituminous paving, concrete).
