City Engineer Westby asked if the August meeting should be canceled due to the EDA golf <br />tournament being held the same day. He noted that the Committee's August meetings have been <br />canceled for that scheduling conflict in the past. <br />Chairperson Riley asked and received confirmation that the meeting could be canceled without <br />impacting the schedule for items to be considered. It was the consensus of the Committee to cancel <br />the August meeting. <br />7.
