<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />7550 Sunwood Drive NW Ramsey, MN 55303 <br /> <br />City Hall: 763.427.1410 Fax: 763.427.5543 <br /> <br /> <br />www.cityoframsey.com <br /> <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />PROJECT 21-119 LANDSCAPING BUSINESS HOP <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey Planning Commission will hold a public hearing <br />on Thursday, August 26, 2021, at 7:00 pm, at Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive <br />NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. <br /> <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request from a Property Owner for a Home <br />Occupation Permit (HOP) to allow use of a second driveway and detached garage for <br />th <br />landscaping business purposes on the property generally known as 8351 160 Avenue NW, and <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />LOT 3 BLOCK 1 FOREST HIDEAWAY, EX RD SUBJ TO EASE OF REC, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />All interested persons are invited to attend and comment on the proposed requests. The City of <br />Ramsey complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and upon advance request, information <br />will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available. Any person with such a <br />th <br />request should contact Brian McCann at 763-443-9860 by noon on Wednesday, August 18, <br />2021. <br /> <br />Those that are able to attend meetings remotely should do so to maintain appropriate social <br />distancing standards. All interested persons are invited to join remotely from a PC, Mac, Linus, <br />IOS, or Android at www.cityoframsey.com/meetings. Remote attendees desiring to speak to the <br />Planning Commission are asked to use their webcam. <br /> <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey Planning Commission, 7550 <br />Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, MN 55303.
