Commissioner Anderson asked if everything would be contained within the subject area. <br />Mr. Felber confirmed that the construction would stay within the fenced area. <br />Thomas Kurak, 15001 Sunfish Lake Boulevard, stated that he did not hear any mention of buffer <br />and asked if there are existing trees that would buffer the area. <br />City Planner Anderson displayed an aerial photograph of the site. He stated that there will be some <br />removal of existing trees. <br />Chairperson Bauer commented that this would be located between the railroad tracks, Alpine trees <br />and the golf course. <br />Mr. Kurak commented that this is not an area where people expect industrial things and was happy <br />to hear that this would not impact others. <br />Motion by Commissioner VanScoy, seconded by Commissioner Dunaway, to close the public <br />hearing. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bauer, Commissioners VanScoy, Dunaway, Anderson, <br />Peters, and Walker. Voting No: None.
