Process to Review Minutes <br />Council member Musgrove's comments below were requested by her to come forward as part of <br />related budget discussions. She is proposing the following process: <br />1. Minutes are reduced to typewritten form by the secretarial service (TOSS). <br />2. Minutes are signed by the Clerk and copies delivered to each councilmember as soon as <br />practicable after the meeting. <br />3. At the next regular council meeting following such delivery approval of the minutes shall be <br />considered by the council. <br />a. Presiding officer shall call for additions/or corrections (by council/attending <br />staff/public) <br />b. Without objections, it may be made with the made without a vote of the <br />council. <br />c. With objection to the proposed additions/corrections, the council shall vote <br />upon the additions or corrections. <br />d. If no additions/corrections, the minutes shall stand approved. <br />4. Minutes are posted at city hall for public review. <br />Discussion: <br />• Review Budget impacts. <br />• Follow-up discussion on work session coverage. <br />
