A recent inspection of the above premises on July 9, 2019 revealed the following <br />violations of the Ramsey City Code as listed below: <br />Temporary Structure in Rear Yard <br />City Code Section 117-349 Accessory Uses and Buildings <br />• Under item 6 of this section titled Architectural and Exterior Standards for Accessory Buildings, <br />the City outlines the allowed materials for accessory buildings. It states, "Exterior building <br />materials for detached accessory buildings not addressed by Minnesota State Building Code shall <br />be generally consistent with the exterior finish of the principal building or finished with hardboard <br />lap siding, vinyl lap siding, aluminum or metal siding, metal panels, textured wood (painted) and/or <br />masonry.
