Councilmembcr Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION//05-06-170 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF A DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL <br />ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET (EAW) FOR THE PROPOSED PLAT OF SWEET BAY <br />R1D(; E, AN OAKWOOD LAND DEVELOPMENT PROJECT. <br /> <br /> WIIEREAS, Oakwood Land Development, hereinafter referred to as "Developer", is <br />proposing to develop the Sweet Bay Ridge subdivision within the City of Ramsey, hereinafter <br />retkrrcd to as "City"; and the sketch plan for the proposed subdivision is attached hereto; and <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, under 4410.4300(19)(c )of the State of Minnesota Rules, the subdivision <br />proposed by the Developer is required to have an EAW prepared; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, for the purposes of conducting the EAW, the City is the Responsible <br />(}ovcrnmcntal Unit ("RGU"); and <br /> <br />NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />I;IAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. '[hat thc City hereby authorizes the release of the Draft EAW for Sweet Bay Ridge <br /> subdivision in accordance Chapter 4410.1400 and 4410.1500 of Minnesota Rules. <br /> <br />Tlne motion lbr the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />.lei'f roy, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamcc <br /> (~ouncihncmber Cook <br /> (iouncilmember Jeffrey <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Com~cilmember Pearson <br /> Councihnember Strommen <br /> <br />and thc l'ollowing voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> (?(mncihnember Elvig <br /> <br />and thc I'ollowing were absent: <br /> <br /> N(me <br /> <br /> <br />
