12. q'hat the alignment for Rhinestone Street N.W. is a curved design which results in varied <br /> setback distances for large, rectangular, multi-family buildings constructed parallel to <br /> Rhincstonc Street corridor. <br /> <br /> 13. That il: granted, the variance will not permit a use that is prohibited in the Town Center TC- <br /> 4b Sub-district. <br /> <br /> 14. That if granted, the variance will not impair an adequate supply of light and air to adjacent <br /> propcrty. <br /> <br /> 15. 'l'hat il' granted, the variance will not endanger the public safety. <br /> <br /> 16. That il' granted, the variance will not unreasonably diminish property values in the <br /> neighborhood. <br /> <br />17. That if granted, the variance will not violate the intent of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />18. 'l]mt, i f granted, the variance will not grant the Applicants any special privilege that is denied <br /> to cthcr owners of land in the same district. <br /> <br />19.
