16. That on June 3, 2005, the Applicant submitted an application for a variance to density <br /> calculations. <br /> <br /> 17. That il' granted, the variance will permit a density that is prohibked in the R-2 Medium <br /> I)cnsity District. <br /> <br /> 18. That if granted, the variance will violate the intent of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br /> 19.
