Recreation Updates: • The Draw Summer Concert Series o Regrettably, in coordination with tonight's sponsor, we have canceled the concert due to the high probability for rain, coupled with the possibility of lightening. We are attempting to bring back Mick Sterling's Born To Run show for August 25th, 2022 • Fall Yoga o Yoga is back in Ramsey Tuesday evenings September 14 — November 9 at Ramsey's Central Park Building. o The City of Ramsey is excited to have Mary Troullier, RYT teach two Yoga classes. Candlelight Vinyasa style yoga class and an hour long gentle movement style yoga class where you will connect to your breath through mindful movement. Attached to the Weekly Update are the Park and Recreation Event Flyers. Community Partners needed for Adopt -a -Flag Program. The City of Ramsey is gathering sponsorships as part of its Adopt -a -Flag program. The Adopt -a -Flag Program calls for community partners — both in the business and residential community — to sponsor a flag that will be affixed to a light pole along Sunwood Drive. A Friends -of -the -Flag Level Sponsorship is $50 and a Patriot Level Sponsorship is $500. This covers the cost of supplies as well as an engraved plaque which will be on display at Ramsey City Hall. Patriot Sponsors will also have an engraved nameplate affixed to the light pole. Adopting a flag can also serve as a symbol to honor the memory of a loved one.
