<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #21-195 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT #21-10, FIRE STATION No. 1 PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> the City proposes to overlay the pavement and improve drainage of the Fire <br />Station No. 1 Parking Lot; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />funding for this improvement is proposed to come from the Facilities Fund <br />with a total estimated project cost of $92,000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> the City staff has the capacity to prepare plans and specifications for <br />improvement project #21-10, Fire Station No.1 Parking Lot Improvements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to prepare plans and <br />specifications for Improvement Project #21-10, Fire Station No.1 Parking Lot <br />Improvements. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Musgrove, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />
