<br />Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #21-218 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION #21-054 APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF <br />AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO ALLOW AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE FOR THE <br />CHURCH OF ST. KATHARINE DREXEL AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br /> Permittee <br />1.The Church of St. Katharine Drexel, hereinafter referred to as the “” has properly <br />applied for an Interim Use Permit to allow the use of an accessory structure (the <br />st <br />Structure <br />“”) on the property generally located east of Central Park, north of 161 Ave <br />NW, west of Variolite St, and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />2.THE SE1/4 OF NW1/4 OF SEC 16 TWP 32 RGE 25, EX W 185 FT THEREOF, EX RD, <br /> Subject Property <br />3.SUBJ TO EASE OF REC, Anoka County, Minnesota (the “”) <br /> Subject Property <br />4.That The Church of St. Katharine Drexel, owns the and has signed off <br />on the application. <br /> <br /> Subject Property <br />5.That the is zoned R-1 Residential District (MUSA), and is <br />approximately 33.18 acres in size between two parcels. <br /> <br />st <br /> Subject Property <br />6.That the abuts Variolite St NW to the east, 161 Ave NW to the south, <br />Subject Property <br />and nearby parcels to the east and west of the are zoned R-1 Residential <br />Subject Property <br />District (MUSA), while nearby parcels to the north and south of the are <br />zoned R-1 Residential District (Rural Developing). <br /> <br /> Structure <br />7.That the is proposed to be thirty (30) feet wide by forty (40) feet long, <br />approximately eighteen (18) feet tall, with aluminum or similar metal siding, painted earth- <br />tone color. <br /> <br /> Permittee Structure <br />8.That the is proposing to temporarily utilize the for storage purposes <br />with the inclusion of restroom facilities with sewer and water connections onsite until the <br />main church building can be constructed. <br /> <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> <br /> Structure <br />1.That the will not be unduly dangerous or detrimental to persons residing or <br />working in the vicinity of the use, or to the public welfare. <br /> <br /> Structure <br />2.That the will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment or market <br />value of any of the surrounding properties. <br /> <br /> Structure <br />3.That the will be harmonious with and in accordance with the specific objectives <br />of the comprehensive plan. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
