Every licensee of a single <br /> occupancy facility shall provide to the occupant of the dwelling unit, a certified copy of the <br /> current license for the dwelling. <br /> SECTION 3. SUMMARY <br /> Ordinance #21-17 updates Chapter 26, Article XIV to clarify that rental licenses are required for <br /> short term rentals. <br /> SECTION 4.
