CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Kuzma called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:05 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Kuzma. <br /> <br />City Administrator Kurt Ulrich stated a Councilmember requested that Agenda Item 5.16 be <br />removed from Consent Agenda. He added this will be addressed as Agenda Item 7.8. <br /> <br />2. PRESENTATION <br /> <br />None. <br />3. CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Liam Steinberg, 15440 Yakima Street NW, stated he is 9 years old. He requested the City <br />Council’s consideration of an Ordinance amendment to allow ducks on properties of 3 acres or <br />more, which is the same regulations as chickens. He stated ducks should have the same parameters <br />as chickens.
