Council Update <br /> <br />Happy Days 2021. <br /> The Happy Days 2021 Festival was a big success! We had <br />82 5K runners, 29 bike tour entries, 9 bean bag teams, 49 car show entrants, 12 <br />dog show participants, 45 expo entrants and 41 parade floats. The City would <br />like to thank all of our volunteers and sponsors that made the day a fun and <br />meaningful event for the community. This work will require short term lane closures on eastbound <br />Highway 10.
