7550 Sunwood Drive NW • Ramsey, MN 55303 City Hall: 763.427.1410 • Fax: 763.427.5543 www.cityoframsey.com NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PROJECT NO. 21-122: LENNAR LYNWOOD SUBDIVISION CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 23, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a variance to the minimum lot size of the R-1 Residential District (MUSA) of .25 acres for lots along the north and west boundaries to allow for a separate lot of landscaping, and a variance to the minimum lot width of 80 feet for one lot for the Lywood Subdivision from Lennar, on the property generally located west of Armstrong Blvd and north of Bunker Lake Blvd, and legally described as follows: THE SE1/4 OF SE1/4 OF SEC 20 TWP 32 RGE 25, EX E 466 FT OF N 466 FT THEREOF, EX RD, SUBJ TO EASE OF REC, Anoka County, Minnesota All interested persons are invited to attend and comment on the proposed requests. The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and upon advance request, information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available. Any person with such a request should contact Brian McCann at 763-433-9860 by noon on Wednesday, September 15, 2021.
