Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-08- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO THE <br />IMPERVIOUS SURFACE RESTRICTIONS IN THE ~rILD AND SCENIC RIVER <br />OVERLAY DISTRICT TO FACILITATE AN OUTDOOR DINING PATIO AND. <br />ADDITIONAL CUSTOMER PARKING AREAS FOR SUNTIDE .COMMERCIAL <br />REALTY INC AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Suntide Commercial Realty Inc (the "Permittee") has properly applied for a <br />wu'lance from the maximum impervious surface restrictions in the Wild and Scenic River <br />Overlay District on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 1, River's Bend Plaza, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(thc "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on August 8, 2005, conducted the public <br />hearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from impervious lot <br />coverage restrictions. <br /> <br />NOW TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact # ., a variance to the maximum impervious surface <br />restrictions in the Wild and Scenic River Overlay District is hereby granted. <br /> <br />The Permittee shall not exceed impervious lot coverage of more than 75% (seventy-five <br />percent) for the Subject Property. <br /> <br />The Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction. <br /> <br />The Permittee shall submit a grading and paving plan to the City for review and approval <br />prior to commencement of any work. <br /> <br />The Permittee shall install native trees and shrubs on site to counteract the impact on <br />stormwater runoff due to the additional impervious surface. Said landscaping shall be <br />shown on the paving and grading plan. <br /> <br />The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this variance. <br /> <br />The motion fbr the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> <br />
