Absent: Chairperson Nixt, Board <br />Members Shepherd and Watson. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS/BOARD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Request for a Variance from Maximum Front Yard Setback Requirements; <br />Case of Ramsey Town Center, LLC and Town and Country Homes <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Frolik advised that Staff has received a request for a <br />variance from Maximum Front-Yard Setback Requirements from Ramsey Town Center, LLC <br />and Town and Country Homes. She stated the subject property is zoned Town Center Sub- <br />district TC-4a. .She indicated the Planning Commission and City Council approved the <br />preliminary site plan continent upon the applicants receiving a variance to the maximum front <br />yard setback. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Vice Chairperson Van Scoy opened the meeting to the public at 7:12 p.m. <br /> <br />There was no citizen input. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Johnson, seconded by Board Member Brauer to close the public <br />hearing at 7:12 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Vice Chairperson Van ScOy, Board Members Johnson, Brauer, and <br />Levine. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Nixt, Board Members Shepherd and Watson. <br /> <br />Board Business <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Johnson, seconded by Board Member Brauer to adopt Resolution #05- <br />06-179 adopting Findings of Fact #0722 favorable to the applicant relating to a request from <br />Town & Country Homes and Ramsey Town Center, LLC for a variance to maximum front yard <br />setbacks in the TC-4b District. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Vice Chairperson Van Scoy, Board Members Johnson, Brauer, and <br />Levine. Voting No: None.
