Keep the new Potassium Street road alignment as far west as possible and <br /> construct it to 24' (curb to curb) in width, with the west side curb to be concrete <br /> and the east side to be bituminous curb. <br />2. Require the establish ora temporary public road access from Quicksilver Circle to <br /> to CSAH 5 through the Shade Tree Cottages development conditioned on the <br /> affected property owners on Potassium Street agreeing in writing to convey the <br /> necessary easement for the new Potassium Street road alignment to the C~ty by <br /> September 1, 2005. <br />3. Staff is directed to negotiate first rights of refusal with the property owners of the <br /> four properties located on the NE comer of County #5 and Alpine Road for <br /> purposes of acquiring roadway easements for a routing from Potassium to Alpine <br /> with the purpose being the eventual closure of all accesses on County #5 from <br /> 157th to Alpine Drive, including the closure of the temporary public road access <br /> from Quicksilver Circle to CSAH #5 described above. <br />4. Close and cul-de-sac one of the accesses to CSAH 5 from Nowthen Boulevard. <br /> <br />'The following plats received final approval: <br /> Sunfish Lake Business Park 3ra Addtion <br /> Ramsey Meadows 5th Addition <br /> Ramsey Town Center 8th Addition <br /> Ramsey Town Center 9th Addition <br /> Ramsey Town Center 10th Addition <br /> Marigold Ponds <br /> <br />· A 5-year interim use permit was granted to the Sills for the graphics equipment <br /> business in their accessory garage. <br /> <br />· Eric Thomsen received a 90 day grading and mining permit.. <br /> <br />· The site plan for the expansion of TJ Associates was approved. <br /> <br />191 <br /> <br /> <br />
