Lot width is measured at the creek and the
building line of the parcel. There are several lots that do not meet the lot width cr/teria.

The wetlands on the parcel would benefit from a buffer that would prevent intensive lawn
management to the wetlands' edge. The wider the buffer the better, but at least 25' would
be a good starting point. The width should be greater as the slope increases. Monuments
on the buffer edge at each lot line will help homeowners remember where the buffers
start, and will help inform those unfamiliar with vegetative buffers.

Untreated stormwater should not be allowed to run directly off of the streets into the
wetlands or creek. Runoff volumes and rates should be held to their pre-development
levels through appropriate landscaping, minimizing impervious surface, maximizing
infiltration opportunities for stormwater and providing for adequate ponding.

Trott Brook is one of the City's great ai'nenities. It can be protected by preventing an
increase in stoi-mwarer runoff and sediment from 'this development, and by ensuring [hai. a
natural, vegetative buffer exists or is created between the homes and the creek.

Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
