Presentation <br /> <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon reviewed that the City Council approved the <br />prclirainary plat of Town Center Gardens 3rd Addition on April 12, 2005. The 3rd Addition is a <br />re-plat of portions of the 1st and 2"d Additions of Town Center Gardens, which included the <br />~tandard drainage and utility easements. These easements must now be vacated to allow for the <br />recording of Town Center Gardens 3~ Addition, which includes new drainage and utility <br />easements. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cook, Elvig, Olson, Pearson, and <br />Stromn~tcn. Voting No: None. Absent: CouncilmemberJeffrey. <br /> <br />The public hearing was closed at 7:15 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 7:15 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded bY Councilmember Elvig, to introduce an ordinance <br />to vacate certain drainage and utility easements in Town Center Gardens 3rd Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cook, Elvig, Olson, Pearson, and <br />Strommen. Voting No: None. Absent: CouncilmemberJeffrey. <br /> <br />Case #2: Public Hearing (Continuation): On Improvement Project #05-24: Street <br /> Grading and Paving of Saint Francis Boulevard Frontage Road South of <br /> 160th Lane <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:15 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:15 p.m, <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski reviewed that the public hearing for this project was opened on March <br />22, 2005.
