The plan that has been depicted is representative of the style of <br />townhomes that may be built, but each builder will come to the City for building permits. <br />Regarding the utilities and the early start on construction, in order to meet building code a <br />durable access is needed for emergency vehicles. That road was substantially completed this <br />afternoon. The objective of RTC is to have the municipal utilities connected by the time of the <br />Parade of Homes.' Absent: Councilmember Jeffrey. <br /> <br />Case #9: <br /> <br />Request for Preliminary Plat and Preliminary Site Plan Approval of Ramsey <br />Town Center 9th Addition; Case of Ramsey Town Center LLC <br /> <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon stated Ramsey Town Center, LLC has submitted a <br />preliminary plat and preliminary site plan to develop 90 townhomes units on approximately 7.78 <br />acres in Ramsey Town Center Addition. The proposed development is located north of Bunker <br />Lake Boulevard and west of the extension of Zeolite Street NW. He advised the subject property <br />is currently zoned Town Center-4a Neighborhood District (TC-4a). This district allows for a <br />mix of residential uses at a net density up to 10 units per acre. As submitted, the preliminary plat <br />for the 9th Addition has a net density of 11.56 units per acre. The development is proposing one <br />mwnhouse style of row house units. Color elevations have been submitted to the City.
