<br />Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #21-281 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE “PROPOSED” 2022 CITY OF RAMSEY ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FUND BUDGET <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the “Proposed” annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning <br />January 1, 2022 is hereby adopted for the Economic Development Authority Fund as <br />follows: <br /> <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUND <br /> <br /> <br /> Revenues: <br /> Taxes (EDA Levy) $75,360 <br /> Interest Earnings 10,000 <br />Total Revenues <br /> $85,360 <br /> <br /> Operating and Capital Expenditures: <br /> Personal Services $ 1,610 <br /> Supplies 49,000 <br /> Services and Charges 34,750 <br />Total Operating and Capital Expenditures <br /> $85,360 <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Heineman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Heineman <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
