CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />Topic Report: Recreational Vehicles <br />By: Jim Way, Chief of Police <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At the July 26, 2005 Council Meeting, questions were raised in a letter from Anoka <br />Ramsey Sports Center. <br /> <br />In an attempt to answer the concerns raised by John Noard's letter, staff contacted Noard, <br />along with Pro Sporting Goods owner Matt Kuker. Kuker indicated he presently tests <br />vehicles directly adjacent to his business.
