Sullivan, Economic Development / TIF Specialist <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />'l'hc City has negotiated a TIF agreement with LH Road, LLC, dba Wildlife Research <br />Centcr. As a part of the transaction, the city is to convey title to Lot 1, Block 1, SUNFISH <br />LAKE BUSINESS PARK THIRD ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota to LH Road, <br />LLC, dba Wildlife Research Center. On July 26, 2005, the City Council introduced an <br />ordinance to authorize the sale.
