As a part of the transaction, the city <br />is to convcy title to LOT 2, BLOCK 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, MINNESOTA to Harber Industries. On July 26, 2005, the City Council introduced an <br />ordinancc to authorize the sale.
