Mn/DOT's staffhas reviewed the document and has the following <br />comments. <br /> <br />Traffic <br />Currently TH 47 operated above Level of Service D. The EA states in Section 21 <br />that TH 47 operates at a LOS D. This should be changed to TH 47 wiI1 operate at <br />a LOS D. <br /> <br /> Draitsage <br /> Any increase in the drainage rate to Trott Brook Creek will affect the culvert at <br /> TH 47. Please comply with thc Department of Natural Resoumes drainage <br /> specifications. <br /> <br />Thank you again for this opportunity to review this EA.
