We have found these numbers to bo a better <br />representation of the trends occurring in the area, <br /> <br />In regards to section 21, the City should consider the cumulative impacts the <br />development will generate on the roadway system with other developments <br />occurring in the area, i.e. Pulte Homes Sommerset Station Subdivision and the <br />Sweetbay Ridge Development. <br /> <br />In regards to the above comment and section 29, a mitigation plan should be <br />implemented for the transportation infrastructure. This should include the <br />Bmokfield Development and futura developments occurring in the City of <br />Ramsey. A supporting transportation infrastructure plan should be in place to <br />handle these developments. <br /> <br />We appreciate the opportunity to be involved with projects, such as the Brookfield <br />Development.
