WHEREAS, on June 2, 2005, the Developer submitted a final plat for Town Center <br />Gardens 3rd Addition to the City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 9, 2005, the City Council reviewed the final plat for Town <br />(;enter Gardens 3rd Addition; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That thc Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Town Center Gardens 3rd <br />Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated August 5, 2005 <br />2. Thc Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City <br />3. Approval of the request for easement vacation on the Subject Property <br />4.
