COMPLETION SCHEDULE <br /> <br />The services of the CONSULTANT will begin upon CLIENT approval and will, absent <br />of causes beyond the control of the CONSULTANT, be completed by December 31, 2005. <br /> <br />The CONSULTANT will make best efforts to coordinate the PROJECT with the process <br />to update the City's Comprehensive Plan to ensure that the results of the Study are <br />incorporated in the Plan. <br /> <br />At the beginning of the PROJECT, the CONSULTANT will prepare an overall PROJECT <br />schedule identifying meetings, task completion dates, etc. The CONSULTANT will <br />continually update the PROJECT schedule throughout the course of the work <br /> <br />G. SUB-CONSULTANTS <br /> <br />To complete asp._ects of the PROJECT as described in Paragraph A, the CONSULTANT <br />may make separate agreements with other qualified firms listed in this paragraph. The <br />CONSULTANT shall coordinate the work of Sub-Consultants as part of the work of the <br />PROJECT. The CONSULTANT shall not remove the involvement of identified firms or <br /> <br /> <br />
