Acfiom <br /> <br />Rati £y the recommendation of the Public Works Committee. <br /> <br />CASE #5 Receive Petition for Extension of Sewer and Water Service <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Slaff received a petition for the extension of sewer and water on July 8, 2005. The affected <br />property owners is attached to this report. The next step would be to prepare a feasibility <br />study outlining the costs, proposed assessments, schedule etc. Once the feasibility study is <br />prepared there would need to be a public hearing scheduled to determine if there is indeed <br />support for the project.
