On July 12, 2005, the City Council granted final plat approval to <br />Ramsey Town Center 7~ Addition. At the time, the Allocation Agreement had not been drafted in final <br />form and was not submitted for approval. The Allocation has been finalized and reviewed by City <br />Attorney Goodrich. Acknowledgement of this memo will authorize City Staff to execute the agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
