CASE # 5 <br /> <br /> PARK DEDICATION FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT OF/laMBER RIDGE 2Nv ADDITION <br /> By: Leonard Linton, Civil Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />E & G Development has submitted the Prelimin~y Plat for Amber Ridge 2nd Addition. The <br />first addition was platted several years ago. This site was platted as an outlot at that time. The <br />site is located east of TH 47 and south of 147~ Lane. <br /> <br />Observation: <br /> <br />The total site is 2.2 'acres. The developer is:proPosing 5 single family urban lots and one <br />outlot. This development is in the Oxbow Recreation District. There is a trail along the West <br />side of the site, adjacent to TH 47. The trail connects to walks' and provides access to River's <br />Bend Park. Cash dedication for the parks will be $11,000 (5 lots@ $2200.00). Trail fees will <br />be $2,750 (5 lots'@ $550.00). <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends accepting park dedication in cash and trail dedication in cash. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to accept park dedication in cash.
