Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #21-240 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING MUNICIPAL UTILITY TESTING PROPOSALS FOR 2022 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM PROJECTS WHEREAS, televising of sanitary and storm sewers and leak testing of watermain is required to accurately evaluate the condition of below ground municipal utilities within proposed 2022 pavement management program projects; and WHEREAS, request for proposals were submitted to four firms for the purpose of obtaining quotes for completing the proposed cleaning and televising services; and WHEREAS, the two cleaning and televising quotes received are tabulated below; and Project H r -Kl n LLCAmerican yd o ea Environmental, LLC Sunwood Drive & Waco Street Total Quote $ 12,310.30 $ 19,023.75 Wood Pond Hills 2nd — 5th Total Quote $ 13,081.50 $ 20,032.25 WHEREAS, the proposal of Hydro-Klean, LLC in the amount of $12,310.30 for the televising of Sunwood Drive & Waco Street and $13,081.50 for the televising of Wood Pond Hills 2nd — 5th, for said services in accordance with the prepared proposal is the lowest responsible quote and their quote shall be and hereby is accepted. WHEREAS, request for proposals were submitted to two firms for the purpose of obtaining quotes for completing the proposed watermain leak testing services; and WHEREAS, the one leak testing quote received is tabulated below; and Project Water Conservation Services, Inc. Sunwood Drive & Waco Street Total Quote $ 435.00 Wood Pond Hills 2nd — 5th Total Quote $ 435.00 WHEREAS, the proposal of Water Conservation Services, Inc. in the amount of $435.00 for the watermain leak testing of Sunwood Drive & Waco Street and $435.00 for the watermain leak testing of Wood Pond Hills 2nd — 5th, for said services in accordance with the prepared proposal is the lowest responsible quote and their quote shall be and hereby is accepted.
