CALL TO ORDER <br />Acting Mayor Riley called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:02 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Acting Mayor Riley. <br />2. PRESENTATION <br />None. <br />3. CITIZEN INPUT <br />None. <br />4. APPROVE AGENDA <br />City Administrator Kurt Ulrich requested the following changes to the Agenda: <br />- Consent Agenda Item 5.03.1 - July 20, 2021 Special Work Session Minutes to be removed <br />from the Consent Agenda for review by City Staff and added to the August 24, 2021 <br />Regular Meeting Agenda <br />- Consent Agenda Item 5.6 - Authorization to Purchase Maintenance Equipment, to be <br />moved to Council Business Item 7.2 <br />Motion by Councilmember Musgrove, seconded by Councilmember Woestehoff, to approve the <br />agenda as amended. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Mayor Riley, Councilmembers Musgrove, Woestehoff, <br />Heineman, Howell, and Specht. Voting No: None.
