That copies of the Draft EAW were placed in the Technology and Science Library, the I,cgislative Reference Library and the Anoka County Library-Rum River branch. That thc deadline for comment on the EAW was July 20, 2005. That the City received comments from five governmental agencies, Anoka Conservation D/strict, Anoka County, Minnesota Department of Transportation, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, and Metropolitan Council. That thc City did not received any comments from the public regarding the Draft EAW. That responses to the comments received are shown on Attachment A. NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 'l'hat thc Ramsey City Council, after review of the facts relating to the Development, the Draft I';A W, and the responses to comments received has determined the following: 1 That the I2AW does properly address mandatory environmental review issues pertaining to the proposed Brookfield Addition. That the responses to comments received by Anoka Conservation District, Anoka County, Minnesota Department of Transportation, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, and the Metropolitan Council do properly answer and address the issues raised in their review of the Draft EAW. That further environmental review is not needed for the proposed Brookfield Addition by Oakwood Land Development.
