WltEREAS, based upon the oral and written comments received by the City of Ramsey <br />has prepared written responses and found there is no potential for significant environmental <br />i m pacts as a result of the project. The comments and responses are appended to this resolution, as <br />arc Iht l:indings of Fact #0735. <br /> <br />NOW TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1.
