5. That copies of the Draft EAW were placed in the Technology and Science Library, the <br /> l,egi slative Reference Library and the Anoka County Library-Rum River branch. <br /> <br />That the deadline for comment on the EAW was July 20, 2005. <br /> <br />That the City received comments from six governmental agencies, Anoka Conservation <br />I)istrict, Anoka County, Minnesota Department of Transportation, Minnesota Department of <br />Natural Resources, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br />8. That the City did not received any comments from the public regarding the Draft EAW. <br /> <br />9. 'l'hat responses to the comments received are shown on Attachment A. <br /> <br />NOW TltEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMS EY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That thc Ramsey City Council, after review of the facts relating to the Development, the Draft <br />I~;AW, and the responses to comments received has determined the following: <br /> <br /> l) 'l'hat the EAW does properly address mandatory environmental review issues pertaining <br /> to thc proposed Sweetbay Ridge Development. <br />2) That the responses to comments received by Anoka Conservation District, Anoka County, <br /> Minnesota Department of Transportation, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, <br /> Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and the Metropolitan Council do properly answer <br /> and address the issues raised in their review of the Draft EAW. <br />3) That further environmental review is not needed for the proposed Sweetbay Ridge <br /> Development by Oakwood Land Development. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Cook and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmcmber Alan Pearson <br />Councihncmber Sarah Strommen <br />Councihncmber Todd Cook <br />Councihncmber Mary Jo Olson <br /> <br />and thc/'ollowing voted against the same: <br /> <br />NOll~2 <br /> <br />and the £ollowing abstained: <br /> <br />C(mncihnember David Elvig <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-08-256 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
