She stated the subject property is zoned Town Center Sub- <br />district q'e-4a. She indicated the Planning Commission and City Council approved the <br />preliminary site plan continent upon the applicants receiving a variance to the maximum front <br />yard setback. <br /> <br />Public llcaring <br /> <br />Vice Chairperson Van Scoy opened the meeting to the public at 7:12 p.m. <br /> <br />There was no citizen input. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Johnson, seconded by Board Member Brauer to close the public <br />hearing al 7:12 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion carried, Voting Yes: Vice Chairperson Van Scoy, Board Members Johnson, Brauer, and <br />I,cvinc.
