She stated Panther
l'rccision is proposing to construct a 15,000 square foot addition onto the existing building. She
indicated thc proposed addition has an encroachment on the rear yard setback by a distance of 7.4
t'cct on thc southwest side, and 4.57 feet on the southeast side, with a total encroachment of 718
sqttarc l'cct. She stated the reason for this is the existing building lies parallel to the west side
yard setback and that the lot is an irregular shape, being narrower at the north and wider at the
sottth. She indicated that in keeping the 15,000 square foot addition consistent with the existing
building's architectural layout, the addition infringes upon the rear yard setback.

l'u blic l leafing

(ihairpcrson Nixt opened the public hearing at 7:17 p.m.

(h'ady Kinghorn indicated he is the contractor for the applicant. He stated that two years ago he
built thc original building, which the company has outgrown.
