She stated on average, there are six vehicle trips generated by this <br />business daily including their employee and deliveries/shipments. <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Frolik stated that the business is operated during <br />standard business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and the non-resident, <br />part-time employee generally keeps hours of 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. <br />She indicatcd it is Staff's opinion that this is the type of low profile business that the City had in <br />mind when drafting the Home Occupations ordinance. <br /> <br />Corem issi(mer Van Scoy noted there was a complaint about the property. <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Frolik indicated there was one complaint regarding <br />Ibc busincss and an inordinate amount of deliveries.
