In 2023 and 2024, if the total premium cost <br />for the Perform Network is decreased due to the City being classified in a more <br />favorable band or classification, and the total premium cost is impacted by the <br />imposition of taxes under the Affordable Care Act, the Total Monthly City <br />Contribution. as described in Paragraph A. will be adjusted as follows: <br />▪ Employee only (sirigle): The City will contribute the total cost of the <br />Perform Network premium, including the amount of any increase in <br />that premium due to the imposition oftaxes under the Affordable Care <br />Act.
