ARTICLE 11: COURT TIME <br />An Employee EMPLOYEE who is required to appear in Court during their scheduled <br />off -duty time shall receive a minimum of three (3) hours pay at one and one-half (114) <br />times the Employee's EMPLOYEE'S base pay rate. An extension or early report to a <br />regularly scheduled shift for Court appearance does not qualify the Employee <br />EMPLOYEE for the three (3) hour minimum. <br />11.2 An Employee EMPLOYEE who is required to appear in court within twelve (12) hours <br />of the end of a scheduled shift and within twelve (12) hours to the start of a scheduled <br />shift shall receive a minimum of three (3) hours pay at two (2) times the <br />EmployeesEMPLOYEES base pay rate. <br />ARTICLE 12: STANDBY TIME <br />12.1 If the EmployerEMPLOYER requires an Employee EMPLOYEE to standby, the <br />Employee EMPLOYEE shall receive one hundred dollars ($ 100.00) pay. If the <br />Effip1eyee-EMPLOYEE is called into court work after being on standby, he or she will <br />forfeit the standby pay and shall receive the three (3) hour minimum court overtime <br />payment instead. The E-mployefEMPLOYER shall notify any Employee <br />EMPLOYEE on standby when said Employee EMPLOYEE is no longer on such duty <br />status. <br />ARTICLE 13: CALL BACK TIME <br />13.1 An Employee EMPLOYEE who is called to duty during their scheduled off -duty time <br />shall receive <br />a minimum of three (3) hours pay at one and one-half (1 '/2) times the Employee's <br />EMPLOYEE'S base pay rate. An extension or early report to a regularly scheduled <br />shift for duty does not qualify the Employee EMPLOYEE for the three (3) hour <br />minimum. <br />ARTICLE 14: VACATION <br />14.1 Every regular Employee EMPLOYEE having less than six (6) years consecutive full- <br />time <br />service shall earn vacation leave at the rate of 5/6ths of a working day for each calendar <br />month of full-time service. Each regular Employee EMPLOYEE with at least six (6), <br />but less than twelve (12), consecutive years of full-time service shall earn vacation <br />leave at the rate of 1.25 working days for each calendar month of full-time service. <br />Each regular Employee -EMPLOYEE with at least twelve (12), but less than seventeen <br />(17), years of consecutive full-time service shall earn vacation leave at the rate of 1.666 <br />working days for each calendar month of full-time service.
