BETWEEN THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br />LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR SERVICES SERGEANTS <br />M.O.U. <br />POST EMPLOYMENT HCSP <br />lade between the City of Ramsey ("City" and Law <br />Enforcement Labor Services (`:Union..") <br />WHEREAS, the City and the Union are parties to a 2021 collective bargaining <br />agreeinenWanEl <br />WHEREAS, Law Enforcement Labor Services Patrol Union <br />ernployeesEMPLOYEES <br />WHEREAS, a41 funds Meted 'employ (City of Ramsey) on the behalf of <br />the employee be deposited into the employee's post employment health care savings <br />plan account; and <br />WHEREAS, all LELS Sergeants have agreed to contribute an ongoing percent of pay <br />and sh ll contri ue2 of-gros _ 'e January 1. 2021 through December 31, 2021; <br />and <br />.T. wl be -responsible for the administrative fees. <br />THEREFORE, the parties met, negotiated and agreed upon tlic following: <br />Effective Jerry 1, 2021 December 31, 2021 Law Enforcement Labor Services Sergeants <br />Union employe are eligible to participate in the Minnesota Post Employment Health Care <br />Savings P an (HCSP) e stabli-slzed-under Minnesota Statues, section 352.98 (Minn. Supp. <br />2001) and as outlined ir\the Minnesota State Retirement System's Trust and Plan <br />Docurnents. All funds collected by the employer (City of Ramsey) on the behalf of the <br />employee will be posited into the employee's -post employment healthcare <br />aceount. All related fees will be paid by the ernployees.
