Application of Paragraphs 1 and 2. In 2023 and 2024. if the total premium <br />cost for the Perform Network is decreased due to the City being classified in a <br />more favorable band or classification. and the total premium cost is impacted <br />by the imposition of taxes under the Affordable Care Act, the Total Monthly <br />City Contribution, as described in Paragraph A. will be adjusted as follows: <br />• Employeenyl-11 single): The City will contribute the total cost of the <br />Perform Network premium, including the amount of any increase in <br />that premium due to the imposition of taxes under the Affordable Care <br />Act.
