The same methodology was used to calculate <br />intersection delay under the telecommute forecast as under the forecast with traditional travel <br />behavior assumptions. <br />Figure 41 shows that AM peak hour intersection delay is similar under the traditional and <br />telecommute forecasts, with slightly less intersection delay under the telecommute forecast and <br />therefore less delay reduction benefit. PM peak hour intersection delay is shown in Figure 42.
