At the inspection this morning we <br />agreed upon the following steps being taken in the next month before a re -inspection. <br />Please address the following before the re -inspection of the property on July 9, 2021. <br />1. Clean refuse and garbage from behind the house and in the rear property <br />shown in the photos and map below. <br />2. Get two to three (2-3) quotes for the roof <br />• Some companies do free quotes, so there is an option that does not cost <br />money. <br />• Keep proof of quotes for next inspection. <br />3. Decide on what work you will be doing on the roof after speaking with the <br />contractors doing the quote.
