Your cooperation has been <br />much appreciated. <br />As mentions at the on -site meeting, you will need to access water on the property via an on -site <br />well or connecting to City utilities. This is not an expense that the City would pay for. <br />Properties without water and sanitation are considered uninhabitable. However, this is able <br />to be remedied by having a water system connected to your home. From there, it can be <br />determined if there are any septic issues but that would not be known until there was water <br />connected. <br />This request is how to bring the property to habitable standards, this is not a list of the <br />complete violations on the property. Please have the property connected to a source of water to <br />comply with the sanitation standards.
