ORDINANCE #21-23 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 117 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISIONS CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 117-90 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 117 OF THE CITY <br />CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br />The following legally described properties, generally known as Anoka County PID 09-32-25-42-0003 are <br />hereby rezoned from R-1 Rural Developing to R-1 Residential (MUSA - 80) District: <br />The Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, excepting therefrom the following: That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter of Section 9, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, which lies South of the <br />following described line: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter; thence on an assumed bearing of North 01 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds East a <br />distance of 218.43 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence North 71 degrees 20 <br />minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 809.12 feet; thence North 63 degrees 21 minutes 30 seconds East, <br />a distance of 602.88 feet to the East line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and there <br />terminating. <br />(The "Subject Property") <br />SECTION 2. MAP <br />The City is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map", <br />which map was adopted pursuant to Section 117-90 of the Ramsey City Code. <br />SECTION 3.
