Special Planning Commission <br />Meeting Date: 10/28/2021 <br />Submitted For: Bria Raines, Community Development <br />By: Brian McCann, Community Development <br />2. 4. <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Discuss Ordinance #21-20 Home Occupation Revisions <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The purpose of this case is to discuss and provide feedback on Ramsey City Code regarding home occupations. <br />Code enforcement cases have identified that the existing definition of a home occupation does not entail all home <br />occupations that are seen on Ramsey residential properties.
